Add package update/export tests and mark v0.5.4 done in roadmap

14 new tests: version bump, rejection cases (same/older/core/type/id
mismatch), schema add column/table with data preservation, settings
merge, export with valid zip, default allowlist, wildcard allowlist.
Existing bundled tests updated for curated default behavior.

Add UpdatePackage and ExportPackage handlers

UpdatePackage (POST /packages/:id/update) validates semver bump, applies
additive schema migration, merges settings (new keys with defaults,
existing preserved), replaces assets, and re-syncs permissions/triggers.
ExportPackage (GET /packages/:id/export) streams the installed package
as a .pkg ZIP archive containing manifest.json and all assets. Completes
the manual rollback story: export before update, re-install old .pkg if
needed.

Add additive schema migration for package updates

ListExtColumns introspects existing columns via PRAGMA (SQLite) or
information_schema (Postgres). MigrateExtTables diffs manifest db_tables
against existing schema: creates new tables, adds new columns via ALTER
TABLE, applies indexes idempotently. No destructive changes — columns
present in DB but absent from manifest are preserved.

Curate default bundled packages to core set of 8

Previously all 23 bundled .pkg archives auto-installed on first boot.
Now only the curated default set installs: notes, chat-core, workflow-chat,
dashboard, and 4 demo workflows. Other packages still ship in the image
and can be enabled via BUNDLED_PACKAGES env var (or "*" for all).

Regex cache-header locations (~* \.(css|js)$) used root directive,
which caused 404s when BASE_PATH is set (e.g., /test/css/app.css
looked for /usr/share/nginx/html/test/css/app.css). Moved regex
locations inside the alias block so they inherit the path stripping.
Also added healthz/ prefix match for liveness/readiness probes.
Tested with BASE_PATH=/test: health, login, CSS, JS all return 200.

- nginx.conf → nginx.conf.template with ${BASE_PATH} in all locations
- NGINX_ENVSUBST_FILTER=BASE_PATH so nginx vars ($host, $uri) are preserved
- Entrypoint injects BASE_PATH into frontend HTML/JS (%%BASE_PATH%% → actual)
- Fixes: /test routes falling through to static SPA, %%BASE_PATH%% visible in URL

The unified image uses nginx on port 80 as the entrypoint, which
reverse-proxies to the Go backend on 127.0.0.1:8080 internally.
K8s was exposing 8080 directly, bypassing nginx entirely.

- Updated CHANGELOG and ROADMAP with CI fixes and design decisions

k8s/backend.yaml referenced ${BE_IMAGE} but the workflow env
defines ${IMAGE}, causing envsubst to produce an empty image
name (InvalidImageName). Also consolidated the summary table
