Feat v0.3.4 team roles + multi-party validation (#18)
Custom team roles: removed CHECK constraint on team_members.role,
roles stored in teams.settings, roles API, stage_config.required_role
enforced on claim. Multi-party signoff: workflow_signoffs table,
validation gate in advanceInternal, SubmitSignoff engine method,
signoff HTTP API. Frontend: dynamic role management, stage config
validation UI, signoff panel. Design docs for extension lifecycle
and trigger composition. 20 store tests passing.

roles, knowledge, memory, tasks, health, routing, capabilities,
channels, dashboard, usage, stats). Collapse to 4 categories:
People, Workflows, System, Monitoring.
Settings surface: strip 11 gutted tabs (models, personas, providers,
roles, knowledge, memory, usage, workflows, tasks, data, gitkeys).
Keep: general, appearance, profile, teams, connections, notifications.
Team-admin surface: strip 5 gutted tabs (personas, providers,
knowledge, tasks, usage). Keep: members, groups, connections,
workflows, settings, activity.
Components: delete chat-pane/ (13 files, 1938 lines) and
notes-pane/ (10 files, 2381 lines).
main.go: remove stale Health.Prune maintenance goroutine.

Removed all references to dropped packages in non-test code.
Zero dropped imports, store refs, or model types remaining.

- store/{postgres,sqlite}/sessions.go, tasks.go
Rewrites:

- handlers/admin.go: 847→467 lines (stripped provider CRUD)
- handlers/teams.go: 520→411 lines (stripped model listing)

Wrote 9+9 clean kernel-only migrations in postgres/ and sqlite/ subdirs.

Schema changes vs old:
- pgvector extension removed (no KB embeddings)
- resource_grants: resource_type CHECK removed (open-ended)
- workflow_stages: persona_id kept as nullable TEXT (no FK)
- workflow_stages: stage_mode default=form_only, added custom
- tasks: dropped output_channel_id, provider_config_id columns
- tasks: task_type removed prompt, output_mode: notification|webhook|log
- task_runs: dropped channel_id
