Use `true` instead of `1` for BOOLEAN column insert in TestUpgrade_SchemaMultiColumnAdd. Postgres BOOLEAN rejects integer literals; `true` works on both PG and SQLite. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
