Objective

Execute complete manual workflow validation for each role before enabling automation.

Validation Checkpoint

This ticket must be completed and approved before Ticket #9 (Deprecation) and before enabling k8s/cron triggers.

Manual Workflow Checklist

gitea_coder Validation

  • Create branch from ticket
  • Modify file according to requirements
  • Generate commit message with issue reference
  • Create PR
  • Scope enforcement triggers correctly

gitea_reviewer Validation

  • Read PR and ticket
  • Validate commit message format
  • Detect scope creep (test with unrelated changes)
  • Add inline comments
  • Generate pass/fail review

gitea_pm Validation

  • Read commit messages and PR
  • Update ticket status
  • Merge PR (squash strategy)
  • Close ticket with comment
  • Escalation path works (test with intentionally bad PR)

Session Testing

  • Complete 1 ticket end-to-end manually
  • Verify 3-5 prompt session limit
  • Document any issues encountered

Dependencies
