Objective

Create project board, establish tracking, audit current gitea_dev tool inventory, and document current limitations.

Deliverables

  • Project board created with columns: Backlog, In Progress, In Review, Done
  • Current gitea_dev tool capabilities documented
  • Tool audit completed
  • Next steps identified

Current gitea_dev Limitations (from audit)

  • Can't create issues/tickets
  • Can't update/merge PRs
  • Can read/update issues/tickets
  • Can create branches (needs scope gating)
  • Can CRUD files (update_file vs replace_file confusion)

Priority

Foundation - Must complete before other tickets
